Tenure Lunch Event
We recently organized a successful catered event for our community in New London, NH for their tenured employees. The event had an Italian theme and featured delicious dishes, risotto cakes, wild mushroom ragout, stuffed chicken (with mozzarella, sun-dried tomato, and spinach), braised short rib with pasta fagioli, roasted brussels sprouts and tiramisu for dessert. The team prepared several meals, which were bagged and packed for pick up complete with reheating instructions, and a hot buffet was also available. We would like to extend a big thank you to Will, Sherri, and the Dietary Team for their excellent work.
