We catered our community’s Incorporators Event in their back veranda along the Piscataqua River in Portsmouth, NH. The weather was perfect, high tide was rolling in at the right time, and the food was awesome. Chef Frank and his team did an amazing job coordinating this event.
Chef Frank headed up a gnocchi action station tossing the potato pasta in blistered tomatoes and fresh herbs. Chef Jon went to town grilling up some local oysters and dressing them with some great sauces – that was just one side of the grill. On the other, he was grilling up lamb sirloin skewers and basting them with a chimichurri.
