Spectacular Luau
Food Service Director Kim and the Staff of our West Newton, MA community hosted a spectacular Luau that took months of planning and preparation. Our culinary team served a buffet of Hawaiian cuisine, traditional pork and chicken entrees with an island flare and accompaniments, coconut fried shrimp, stir fry rice, and fresh corn on the cob. Residents sipped on authentic Mai Tai’s as they enjoyed a Hawaiian program of Music and Hula Dancers. Great Job Kim and Glendale Team! MAHALO!
