We are Very Excited to Be Serving Diners Again!
Our team in Laconia, New Hampshire started serving diners again, with social distancing and proper PPE in effect! The menu consisted of summer salad, fresh strawberries and rhubarb, chilled cucumber shooters, grilled sirloin strip, half chicken, Faroe Island salmon, CAB burgers & stuffed zucchini boats. Chef Lou created some great desserts. The dinners were a big hit with the residents and staff. Our team really put on a great event, nice job by all!
