Glendale Dining Culinary Team Celebrates Fall!
Fall Harvest Day! It was a busy week for our Glendale Dining culinary team. This event was a great lunch, with lots of seasonal flavors for residents and staff. Pictured here are some of the feature items from the meal: cider glazed chicken, apple honey seared salmon, gnocchi tossed in a maple sage cream sauce, cranberry rice pilaf, brown sugar glazed tri colored carrots, maple roasted butternut squash soup, and apple crisp for dessert. Great job by all Glendale team members involved. Happy Fall!
