A Wonderful Fundraiser Event
Our food service management team catered a wonderful fundraiser last month. Some of the menu features were a grazing table with a local cheese board & an antipasto board, a buffet station with carved herb encrusted sirloin, pan seared Faroe Island salmon, assorted vegetables, and roasted tri-colored potatoes. Great job by the whole team!
