An Extraordinary 100th Year Anniversary Gala
Our Melrose assisted living community celebrated its 100th Year Anniversary! The fundraiser gala was held at the Melrose Memorial Hall in Melrose, Massachusetts. The gala included live music from Dan Gabel & The Abletones. We served an assortment of hors d’oeuvre, beet infused goat cheese spoons, cheese & truffle sacchetti, Cubano bites, poke wasabi spoons, chicken pot pie, bruschetta station, raclette station along with an exhibition style dinner buffet including a pasta Sautee’ station, Faroe Island Salmon, carved tenderloin and Statler Chicken, great side dishes and wonderful mini deserts! Great job by the Glendale team!
