A Great BBQ Feast for Residents and Their Families
Our Peterborough community team treated our residents and their families to a great BBQ Feast. We made housemade bistro and tortilla chips with warm blue cheese and buffalo chicken dips, beef brisket, pulled pork, Alabama chicken, macaroni and cheese and baked beans. Coleslaw and Dijon potato salad were the choices for salad. We also served pickled beans, beets and cucumbers. The dessert shooter choices were banana cream, key lime and stone fruit. Thanks to all who helped in making this a huge success!
