A Great Social Event for the Residents
Our Laconia CCRC put on another great social event for the residents. Some of the many items included: housemade wonton chips with edamame hummus & chicken Rangoon dip, local cheese board, salad wedge with crispy bacon, red onion, Jasper Hill blue cheese & roasted tomato ranch dressing, citrus marinated chicken, Faroe Island salmon with cucumber salsa, ancient grain pilaf, Yukon gold whipped potatoes, roasted baby carrots with pea shoots, fig & balsamic chocolate mousse, lemon creme with blueberry compote, strawberry rhubarb with vanilla cream and sugar free rice pudding. Nice job team!
