Our team in Laconia, NH at the Bistro run dinner service every Tuesday and Thursday nights. Here are some of the pictures from the last two weeks: chicken piccata, grilled tuna with cherry tomato salsa, lamb, pappardella ragu, pork roulade, roasted sirloin with local mushrooms and wild mushroom ravioli w/braised short ribs.
