Open House at New Cafe and Micro Market

RCNH hosted an Open House to show off their new Rehabilitation Center which has a beautiful new café and micro market for their employees. The Governor and high level officials from the county and state attended. We served fine cheeses from Grafton Village and Cabot, root and fresh vegetable crudité, a hydration station, wild mushroom medley crostini with herb Boursin, beef tenderloin crostini with herb aioli, buffalo chicken bites with creamy blue cheese, mac & cheese martini’s, a dessert station with house made chocolate mousse with shaved white chocolate, apple cobbler with caramel cream, fresh baked cookies in grab & go bags and coffee for guests to take for the ride home. The Glendale team put on a wonderful event!
