Our New Account in Hopkinton!

At our newest account in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, we hosted a wonderful holiday reception! The Glendale team did a great job putting on the event. There was a wide selection of hors d’ oeuvres. We also had Mediterranean, Asian and Italian tables. At the Mediterranean table we offered mixed greens from a local farm, grilled pita chips, hummus, olive medley, chicken souvlaki and grilled lamp lollipops. Shoyu beef satay, vegetable spring rolls, sesame soba noodle salad, seaweed salad, kimchee and wonton chips were served at the Asian table and wild mushroom ravioli with braised short ribs in a Cabernet demi, local greens and antipasti at our Italian table. The cheese station had cheddar cheeses from Vermont farms, fresh and root vegetables. Our desserts were an assortment of mini cheesecakes, Italian holiday cookies and dessert shooters, apple cobbler, gingerbread and chocolate mousse.
