125th Birthday Gala!

Our Brattleboro Assisted Community celebrated its 125th Birthday with a Gala at the Brattleboro Museum & Art in Vermont! We passed stationary hors d’oeuvres. We served English cucumbers with red beet infused Vermont goat cheese, organic buffalo chicken bites with creamy blue cheese sauce, beef tenderloin with caramelized red onions and herb aioli, spicy tuna with toasted sesame and crispy wontons. A selection of European and local cheeses were enjoyed from Grafton Village and Neighborly Farms. We also served Vermont Smoked Sausages, Castleton Crackers, lemon chicken satay, falafel bites with toasted naan chips, red pepper hummus, tzatziki sauce, honey chipotle turkey meatballs, tangy BBQ meatballs with lime Aioli and chipotle cream, vegetable spring rolls, Shoyu beef satay, seaweed salad, wonton chips and sweet chili sauce. This very successful event could not have been possible without the support of the Culinary Team, thank you!
