100th Birthday Celebration in Falmouth.





We celebrated the 100th birthday of resident Francis “Maestro” Madeira at Falmouth. In recognition of Maestro’s musical career, Dining Room Manager Angela N. coordinated decorations including flowers made from sheet music, piano key vases, and a piano key backdrop. Black and white linens added an air of elegance. Our Food Service Director prepared Chicken Madeira in honor of Maestro, and a piano cake with chocolate fondant. Festivities included opera singers and musicians, as well as a champagne toast.
