Jambalaya Luncheon

We celebrated the arrival of Mardis Gras with a Jambalaya Luncheon in Falmouth! Our Director of Culinary, collaborated with our Food Service Director and her team. Dining Room Manager coordinated the décor and provided masks and beads for all residents. The recipe for the Jambalaya was interpreted from the classic New Orleans style rice dish and featured Andouille sausage, house seasoned chicken thighs, shrimp, ham and fresh vegetables. Dessert was a rich Bananas Foster Bread Pudding served with whipped cream.
