Our Communities Annual Evening Fundraiser
Our Community in Newton, Massachusetts recently held its Annual Evening Fundraiser. Chef David and the Glendale Team provided excellent catering, and guests enjoyed a wide selection of delicious dishes. From the Paella Performance Station to the small plates and Hors d’ Oeuvres, each crafted with attention to detail. The passed hors d’oeuvres included English cucumbers topped with beet-infused goat cheese, shaved beef tenderloin with caramelized onion and garlic aioli, and a shrimp cocktail. To top it all off, guests indulged in apple cheesecakes and pumpkin Crème Brulé for dessert. The entire team did an outstanding job.
