Oktoberfest Greetings from The Glendale Team at our Community in Melrose, MA
Chef Manager Anitchka and her team prepared a super Oktoberfest luncheon for the residents, starting with warm pretzels and beer cheese sauce. This was followed by a special German fried chicken dish, served with German-style potatoes and red cabbage. Anitchka showcased her culinary skills with a homemade German chocolate cake. To complete the experience, residents were served cold beer with their meal and the staff performed the “Chicken Dance” to their delight!
