Building and Grounds Dedication Ceremony Featuring Local Farm Ingredients
Pictured is our catered event held at our Lebanon, Connecticut community for their Building and Grounds dedication ceremony. Many of the items served were made with ingredients from nearby local farms. The elegant charcuterie boards featured a variety of local cheeses, meats, artisan crackers, locally made jams and assorted seasonal fruits. Our Mezze Board included toasted Naan chips, creamy hummus, baba ganoush, olive medley and pepperoncini. The Farmers Salad Cups consisted of roasted beets, pickled onions, feta cheese and bibb lettuce, red onion and bleu cheese. We assembled local apple pie cups and cheesecake with fresh berry cups for dessert. Thank you for all the support we received from the Glendale Team!
